I’ve been playing this game for years, but all of a sudden it freezes up when I go to get my new lives from friends it won’t give them to me. I love this game but I’ve had to delete it and reinstall it over 10 times in the last two weeks please do something about this or am I the only one that’s having this problem?

I absolutely love this game. It honestly makes me feel good. I love the satisfying sound effects, the music, and the fact that I am always winning a prize! This game is absolutely entertaining and you must download and play!

Why can I not use the lives? It 50 available but when I tap the link nothing happens. This has been going on for a long time.

I’ve been playing for years and enjoyed it! Over the last few months there have been more and more issues. Now I’m stuck and the game will not allow me to receive supplemental lives or progress….time to delete I suppose.

After a new version of this app was released 10-29-24, I have been unable to receive messages and all my lives and messages were lost. I have contacted King twice to find out when the app will be repaired. The app has been updated again but no fix in place. I have followed all directions in the FAQ but still have no messages. Such a shame, because this was once an excellent game. iPhone 12

i got over 50 lives save, and all disappear, cant request live cause friend list no there anymore. FIX THE DAM GAME. you take our money So FIX IT!

I enjoy playing the game, but lately most of the ads to get bonuses have been very annoying. When the X shows up to close them, it goes to another screen where one has to hit a “ done” , then wait for another X , hit that, go to another screen and wait for another X. If you even slightly miss the X, it opens another ad screen all together. I understand ads are paying for the game, but there is no reason for all that nonsense. If an ad interests me, I’ll watch it. If it doesn’t , I don’t want to have to close it multiple times. Also, I would definitely NOT patronize any company or product using those types of ads. The same goes for other KING games.

Same as previous posts, all my extra lives are gone and unable to send/receive new ones.

The app updated last night and I go into it and now all of my stored lives are gone disappeared. I have zero lives.

After the latest update all of my 50+ messages have disappeared…not cool ☹️

Been playing this game for a number of years. I really do enjoy it. You can play a long time and spend a little money. It’s when you get to the higher numbers it’s time to get out the check book. You hate to see updates cuz it’s going to get harder. The only improvement I can see with updates is to Kings pocketbook. Frustration is a given but I wouldn’t hesitate to say play it and see what you think. The game is still free but advancement can be costly. Absolutely hate update. It’s saying the levels are a whole lot harder or impossible without boosters. It means mo money.

Game quest keep freezing please help

This app installs special events unexpectedly that causes difficulty getting to the game. I never do updates because of the garbage that they sneak in through them. They force ads on you when all you want is to play a simple game to distract you from all the other stuff being forced on you. I have to delete this app and then reinstall it to get away from the garbage. That's why I am here now. This is the sixth time I have had to delete and reinstall this app.

Love this game both frustrating and fun please try to integrate some of the old version back.

Game will not fully load and cannot be played. Deleted and reinstalled but still won’t fully load.

A few levels appear unwinnable

Needs a fix….keeps crashing Loads to 62% and quits! Sad 😢 My favorite game but has not worked right for a long time. And if I delete and reinstall it works but I lose saved boosters and then it I crashes again and the ‘saga’ continues. Great game when it works…. Regardless of where they are politically

Right now the game is frozen I can’t play the game. I don’t want restart or redo the game because I already did that and I had to start from the beginning I was upset but is there something going on with this game??? I love this game at this point I give 3stars.

I like to play this game. But it freezes at 62% o beginning at game 76. I played it 3 times and got it froze three time 62%. I am quitting this game.

I’m trapped on level 1425 every time I start it takes me to level one instead, only I can’t play. The screen freezes and I can’t do anything but exit out of it and lose a life. This has been the case for days. When are they going to fix this?

All the game does is crash now. I can’t get into it. I hit 62% on the loading screen and it shuts down.

I buy the Cadillac Escalade xt4 car from the dealership fox from Rochester hills Michigan.

Just updated to the latest version and I can’t get past the welcome screen. Crashes every time. This has been happening for several weeks. Useless update.

This is a fun game to decompress with. However, there are too many theatrics when starting every game and at the end. I could do without the bubbles dropping one by one and the gal jumping and spinning at the beginning of EVERY turn, as well as the score fireworks. Do love the ability to earn boosters, as you need them to win some games.

Used to be a solid line now it’s perforated. Really hard to aim correctly!

Despite my device being updated with the most current iOS version, the game began locking up (again) ~ 31Aug2024. It’s especially noticeable when I try to give and receive lives to/from friends. Please help. Thank you!

Love this game but it keeps kicking me out

What is with this game, I love it but it keeps kicking me out. I have deleted it twice and once you get up in the eighteenth level you get kicked out.

i was well over 1,000 on my Bublble Witch, and as always, the choice isnot optional for terms or service or updating or anything, so i updated my terms of service and there i was - unexpectedly back at LEVEL ONE on the new ( and improved?) Bubble Country. Thanks Bubble whatever you want to call yourself! Additionally, with all your “improvements and updating”i can’t even playthis or any of the King games on my other iPad. i guess it’s timeto move on to something other than “King” games.

I don’t think it’s right that if you miss one day you should half to go back to day one on collecting daily bonuses. I had over 100 days in a row, missed yesterday due to military training. My other games just roll back one day or two not all the way back to day one.

I tried to find a way to contact developers via the app. I have played this game for a long time. I’m so tired of using the sparkle shower after waiting over an hour to refill to just get a few bubbles in the edge of the field cleared. I use these tools to help pass a difficult level. It’s getting old and there are lots of other options for me to choose from. Just saying.

I will play this game until you guys fix the event team quests. Team quests is not loading in the games. Please fix. Thanks

I love Nero’s Bingo, but get very frustrated when other players occupy a square for long lengths of time and ignore requests to free the square if they aren’t going to play. By long lengths of time, I’m talking 24 hours and more. I wish the game programmers could find a way to automatically remove a player from a square when it’s been occupied for 24 hours with no activity. I also suggest that repeat offenders lose their privilege to play Nero’s Bingo for a set amount of time.

Having played the game for years, getting to level 1378 and the game crashes. Will not advance to the level. Reach out to "customer service/tech support". Told to restart, all the usuals-still not working. Told to "sign in" to game to save progress and then delete and reinstall-all progress would be saved. Follow those instructions and yes, the proper level is saved, but all accrued booster are lost. Reach out again and then get told that the boosters would not be retained in the "sign in" and that they could not replace. Deleted game for good!
