Bug stops the game, horrible support!

I am at level 246 and I have encountered a bug: the Line Blast Bubbles are supposed to clear all the bubbles below until the line they are in, instead, on this level, they just explode leaving al the bubbles there, so it is impossible to win the level.
I tried to contact the support on their websites and what I get back is that either you register with Facebook and ask the community or they dont help you, and in their words "this is the only message we will send you regarding this query." Never seen a more horrible "support"!
